These terms govern your use of this site and the services provided by PLAY Connect Technologies LLC, doing business as PLAY Connect (“PLAY Connect”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, requesting a quote, or registering for a program, you agree to them.
PLAY Connect provides community amenity, lifestyle and operational management services to residential communities — programming, instruction, staffing, facility management, and the PLAY Connect resident platform. PLAY Connect is a brand of PLAY Connect Technologies LLC.
Program fees, class fees and subscription charges are shown before you complete a purchase. A quote is valid as presented and does not change while it is being reviewed or approved.
Free period. Your first 30 days are free. You can walk away at any point during those 30 days at no cost, and you will not be charged.
Annual agreement. After the free period, PLAY Connect runs on an annual agreement, which begins on your first paid day. You choose how it is billed: monthly, or once a year in advance at ten percent less than twelve monthly payments. Your first agreement year is billed at the year-one rate published at getplayconnect.com/pricing on the day you subscribe; each later year is billed at the later-year rate published on that same day. The price is locked for each agreement year.
Renewal and cancelling. Each agreement year renews into the next unless you tell us before the renewal date that you do not want it to; we email the board before every renewal. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current agreement year. A monthly-billed agreement continues to be billed monthly until then, and an annual payment is not refunded for the part of the year that remains.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store card numbers.
A pilot is offered by invitation only, to a community we have named as a pilot in writing, through its management company. A pilot's first 60 days are free and no card is required to start. On the day after the free period the community enters the annual agreement above, beginning that day: billed monthly at the published year-one monthly rate (and the later-year rate after twelve billed months), or paid up front at the annual rate. Billing may be arranged through the community's management company. The free period is the only way a pilot differs from a standard subscription.
PLAY Connect subscription pricing is the same for every community regardless of how many homes it has: one published year-one rate and one later-year rate, monthly or annual. Your price does not change because your community grows or shrinks.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, PLAY Connect will send you text messages about the quote, booking, program or account activity you asked about.
Residents using PLAY Connect agree to use in-portal messaging respectfully and not for solicitation. We may suspend access for misuse. Residents message each other inside the portal; no resident’s email address or phone number is shown to another resident.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above changes when we do.
